Mereka is a holistic Talent Development Ecosystem that turns skills to income for creatives, professionals and entrepreneurs for the Future of Work. We provide our learners with access to digital entrepreneurship content and income generating opportunities through our talent marketplace.

- Expensive to hire talent - cost of acquiring talent, companies can spend up to 30% of an employee’s first-year salary on recruitment alone, which includes job advertisements, recruiter fees, and the time spent on interviews
- There is a lack of community building efforts, for fellow Gig-workers to gain access to skilling content, collaborate on bigger projects, and get rewarded for community engagement.

The platform will provide a community for collaboration, access to skilling content, and new income streams for experts. Additionally, blockchain integration with utility, security, and governance tokens will give users a stake in the platform, ensuring long-term loyalty and transparency
